An 8-month personal and professional development experience to create happy, healthy, engaged teams, attract and retain talent and tackle business challenges.
This mastermind empowers leaders to not only lead from a place of confidence and strategy but to motivate their teams to deliver the same powerful results.
Additional Support
- Three bespoke 1:1 executive coaching sessions to increase self awareness and create accountability.
- Regular group education, masterminding and accountability sessions, where peers can build networks, collaborate, learn and progress together.

The mastermind is an 8-month programme, aimed at providing the right mix of personal and professional development, whilst balancing business goals, needs and results.
The core offering is delivered virtually via Zoom. A mix of virtual, face to face and residential options are also available.
We have found that a mix of virtual and face to face sessions is optimal to balance bringing leaders together from multiple locations; with the benefits of building trust and connection in person.
Typically Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursdays mornings - to balance optimal space for growth and development, with busy work schedules.
A maximum of two hours for the virtual sessions. We have found this is optimal to balance learning with comfort; and not adding pressure to leaders existing high workload.

Guest expert sessions may be added to complement existing modules.-
Each participant is assigned to a fantastic coach from within the Awakened Executives team. They are eligible to receive 3 x 60 minute 1:1 sessions. Typically held at the beginning , middle and end of the programme so they can confidentially reflect on their progress, embed their learning, create new actions and seek accountability.
The minimum expected time is an hour a week, however it depends what results you want leaders to achieve and how big a change you want them to make. The more they put in, the more you and they get out!
It’s a digital portal where leaders can access guides, tools, templates and learning resources from their desktop, laptop or phone. Access is therefore available 24/7 so they can grow, develop and thrive in personal time, professional time and even whilst on the move!
We understand that leaders and organisations have different needs, therefore we offer flexibility in the way the modules are delivered and are open to creating bespoke modules or additional programmes aligned to your goals and to ensure maximum results.
Additional 1:1 coaching sessions may be invested in to complement the existing sessions included in the programme.
