Louise is a CIPD qualified consultant with 18+ years of experience gained since qualifying with a BA (Hons) in Human Resource Management. She has held a number of senior HR positions in both SME and blue-chip organisations in a variety of industries, and has a proven track record of working with directors, senior managers and employees to offer practical support in a professional but relaxed way to help achieve the best possible results for all stakeholders. This includes legal compliance, recruitment/selection, employee relations, change management and the delivery of numerous training/leadership courses.

Collaborative by nature, Louise has a history of developing trusted relationships across all levels of organisations and this has enabled her to deliver effective people strategies to drive positive commercial outcomes.
