Awakened Executives seeks to make a global impact on people and organisations. Our team understand that creating change in organisations can be hard. Overcoming traditional ways of thinking, legacy cultures, changing mindsets...

Awakened Executives was borne out of MY Coaching and Consulting Limited, known for inspiring and facilitating personal and professional change in leaders and organisations.

Today, the team are a mix of ICF accredited; executive or wellbeing coaches, therapists and advisors; joining together with a shared purpose, to create unique development experiences for senior leaders.

Michelle Yeoman

Company Director, Executive Coach, Mentor, Facilitator 

Founder of Awakened Executives, Michelle is a qualified executive coach and former HR Director.

With 20+ years in HR and the majority in global pharmaceuticals, Michelle has worked where the environment is fierce, the expectations high, the pace of change incredible. She has helped reshape and re-energise organisations, re-engage teams and employees, increase performance and wellbeing and coached and developed leaders.

Michelle is well placed to understand and provide solutions to the challenges organisations face in engaging and increasing performance of key executives, critical talent and successors.

A challenging, yet empathetic coach, she focuses on the whole person, enabling key executives to live and work to their potential. She combines all her experience, passion and expertise to inspire people and organisations to thrive.

Carole Berndt

Carole Berndt is a truly global financial services leader with a banking career spanning Sydney, Hong Kong, New York and London.

With over 20 years as a senior leader and business head in some of the world's leading financial organisations, Carole now works independently, mentoring and advising innovative individuals and organisations, specifically in the field of transition skills and the future of work.

Carole is also a Non-Executive Director with Cynergy Bank UK, and Chair of their Renumeration and Governance Committee. 

Leveraging her traditional banking and global business experience, Carole now commits her time and passion to the development and deployment of programmes that transform business and individuals, through adapting ways of working, traditional career management for individuals, and talent management for corporations.

Renowned for an innovative approach to business, it is her ability to attract, develop and retain diverse talent that has been the hallmark of her career and foundation of her success.

It is this success that sees her well placed to play a leading role in the development of new ways of working, managing careers and investing in people, a company's most impactful asset.

Nike Lewal

Nike Lawal is an Accredited Master Coach and HR professional who combines significant global leadership experience with over 15 years of coaching in various sectors, including pharmaceuticals, financial services, education, oil, and local government.

Nike works with leaders and individual contributors to develop their ability to have courageous conversations and believes that the most important conversations we have are the ones we have with ourselves.

More recently, Nike qualified as Nutritional Health Coach to bring a more holistic element into her coaching, emphasizing the impact of food on mood, building resilience, and the ability to flourish.

Nike describes herself as a '5ft 3 introverted extrovert who, when passionate about something, thinks she is 6ft 3'.

Andrew Sewell 

Andrew is a qualified executive coach with an MSc Psychology. His professional background is in advertising as a creative leader.

For more than 15 years, Andrew specialised in creating innovative and award-winning solutions to complex talent attraction and employee engagement challenges. His clients included Ford, Deloitte, Tesco, Ministry of Defence and HM Prison Service. His work gave him a fresh perspective into a diverse range of cultures, and the power of story to galvanise and inspire people and organisations.

As a coach, Andrew is a focused thinking partner and generous co-creator. Clients praise his warmth, compassionate directness and ability to challenge and support in equal measure.

At 50, Andrew has never been more fulfilled in his career. He’s passionate about helping seasoned professionals revitalise their work and realise every ounce of their potential.
